Our designer, Annie, has pulled out all the stops in the process of creating this lush and sumptuous style! It’s designed to function as a ‘wrap’ dress (or duster jacket, if you choose to layer it) with an open front that wraps around and is secured with a long, broad sash that comfortably defines your curves. Silky tassels on the sash add an extra degree of luxury. Broad, loosely gathered ruffles fall vertically in a languid dance around the neckline and bodice, and the skirt forms a sharp a-line. The hem is finished with another helping of broad, loose ruffles, repeated one more time at each long-sleeved cuff..
Made up in Lotustraders’ trademark crinkle rayon, a silky and soft fabric that becomes more so with each laundering (cold water wash, hang to dry). The fabric is renowned for its’ superbly supple draping qualities.
