How long will my order take?

We will carefully process your order and update you with tracking information once it is on its way to you – for our Made To Order items this is usually within 3 to 5 weeks from order receipt. Stock items ship usually within 2 days. If you have an urgent requirement, please let us know when placing an order and we will do our best to prioritise it for you. Your order will show as “on hold” within our system whilst it is being processed.

It is time-consuming to make one by one from scratch at the same time dealing with weather which plays a big part in the dying/batik in process. Traditional Balinese ceremonial holidays also make production challenging in Bali. Please allow time for your order to be made – it’s worth the wait for our beautiful quality clothing.

Fabrics

Our webstore allows you to filter by fabric type.
Our plain fabrics are listed as Solid Color and many designs are embellished with lace and trims.  We have textured crinkle rayon, smooth flat rayon, rayon jacquard, chiffon, cotton and fleece, and many more.
Our printed fabrics are ‘batiked’ rayon, and we offer two kinds – our Premium Batik is heavier weight, it’s soft and silky and superb – our Lightweight Batik is gauzy and ephemeral and ideal for tropical climates.

Please note:

A] Batik is a detailed hand-made process. Thus each piece will vary slightly in regards to the batik placement on the garment from the photo.
B] Please note due to monitor differences and imperfect photography, color can appear slightly different than as seen on your computer.
C] Sometimes our description of a color may be questioned. Perhaps we call an item plum but to someone else it might be more purple & to another that color is considered to be violet & someone else says it is more fuchsia.
We do our best to describe colors but the label given is only to give an idea & our opinion. Also many times assorted tones and colors are present but we do not have the space to describe in more detail.

Catalogue

We do not produce a paper catalogue.  We are constantly adding to our collection of stunning clothing and accessories, and any printed materials would be out of date almost as soon as they were produced.  So please browse our collection online.

Special Offers

Any special offer coupons are for spend before shipping costs, and coupon codes must be applied to shopping carts before completing checkout and cannot be discounted retrospectively.  Only one offer can be applied per order, offers and codes cannot be combined.

Returns

Please check the item measurements carefully to ensure you order the correct size.
In the unlikely event we have sold you an item that is flawed or an incorrect item was sent we will gladly refund you.
Please email us within 5 days of receipt of the item to either resolve the issue or arrange to return the item.

We are no longer able to accept returns for any other reason.

No return will be accepted without prior approval from us via email.

Currency and Payment

All our clothing and shipping fees are shown in United States dollars, USD, $.  Payment can be made in your local currency by PayPal, and our system will show you the converted value before you complete your order.  To get an estimate, you can use an online currency converter such as google converter (opens in a new tab or window).

All our transactions are processed via PayPal, and you do not usually need to have a PayPal account in order to make payment.  If you wish to make payment by money order instead (US customers only) please contact us.
